Creating a system has three steps.
Step 1: Realizing that a system can be in place.
Step 2: Creating the system.
Step 3: Run the system.
Each step has its challenges, but they are truly separate steps.
For high school students, I think the final step – actually following through and running the system – is the most important. Running the system doesn’t give you an excuse for not doing the important work.
